Replenishment Supervisor, Distribution
Location: Whittier, CA
Division: Distribution Operations
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Shift: 2
As a Replenishment Supervisor, you are responsible for leading and coordinating day to day activities by determining work procedures, preparing work schedules, and expediting workflow. You thrive in an environment in which you can directly identify areas of improvement, achieve metrics to make an impact and optimize workflow throughout your department. You have a passion for developing talent and maintaining an engaging work environment.

Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supervise team member in the replenishment department through a supply chain operation to ensure accuracy and the department's metrics are met.


Monitor and maintain processes to ensure excellent process and product quality and maintain accuracy and integrity of inventory.
Coach team members through troubleshooting and monitors processes, tools, and equipment.


Responsible for having a full understanding of all aspects of department processes as well as an understanding of all customer expectations.


Communicate department objectives, metrics, and productivity to team members and peers.
Make necessary adjustments to processes and shift schedules to meet deadlines and adapt to the volume of the business.
Ensure daily and weekly progress are achieved and in line with targeted rates. Ability to communicate budget down to the team members.
Assist in the selection training of new team members and developing talent.
Address opportunities and provides leadership and or coaching to department personnel or escalate when necessary.
Ability to recognize a problem, root cause and begin initial troubleshooting and resolution efforts.
Ability to develop, manage and communicate daily and weekly plans to department and/or within peers.
Engage daily with front line associates ensuring they have a clear understanding of how they contribute to the company's mission.
Enforce safety standards and policies, maintain records, and partner with appropriate departments when necessary.

Able to lift to 50 pounds

Job description

Compensation Range:

$72,500.00-$80,000.00

  • Adheres to deadlines and delivers quality work.
Requirements:

  • 3 years of supervisor experience required, warehouse or distribution preferred
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, team building, and follow-up skills
  • Strong computer skills such as WMS, YMS experience, and Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Available to work flexible and/or extended hours, especially during peak seasons
