Job description
Converse Inc., Boston, MA. Responsible for defining and approving where, when, and what type of stores will be opened, remodeled, or closed across countries. Manage essential establishment and direction of Nike global partners processes function. Accountable for the management of the Global Partners team, within the operations department at Nike. Lead a clearly defined activity within the organization that is core to the operation of Nike’s global brand. Develop policies and goals to oversee the direction of long-term strategies for the essential establishment and direction of global partners processes function. Influence decision-making at the highest level of the company with respect to market development and expansion. Delegate day-to-day executory activities of business planning, visual merchandising, and store designing projects to be implemented and executed by respective specialized teams. Manage and review insights gathered through financial analyses, market trends and company strategic priorities to ensure that the integrated marketplace strategy is consistent globally. Up to 20% international travel required.
Profile
Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or Communications and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include:
