Job description

Attention NYC beauty lovers! We are looking for a customer-centric Account Specialists for our offices in Flat Iron. This account specialist will support our local sales efforts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while becoming product experts.


Our ideal candidate is exceptional at teamwork, posseses boundless curiosity, and provide exceptional customer service. Candidates MUST speak French as a big part of our customer base is french speaking.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and help maintain relationships with current and new clients, proactively communicate with clients on a daily basis in a professional and efficient manner, work closely with clients and internal teams to best meet client needs

• Create and provide feedback on project estimates and timelines

• Monitor pipeline of sales leads to effectively track and support strategic development of markets

• Achieve territory sales goals by implementing and managing territory strategies and plans for existing customers and new prospects, key customer groups, and key products

• Ability to create training presentations and execute when visiting accounts
