Job description

POSITION SUMMARY This position supports the North America corporate and field sales teams with education & operational functions integral to bringing the Too Faced brand experience to life in education and events. This includes leading communication, tracking, and managing successful field sales results of corporate and retailer strategies. Ability to create and edit sales and education content based on industry trends. The ideal candidate demonstrates a positive work ethic, manages timelines responsibly, and holds a strong passion for cosmetics and the beauty industry. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Decision Making - Indicate type of decisions typically made and the overall impact of those decisions. Problem Solving - Indicate the nature of problems regularly encountered and the complexity of the solutions. Independence of Action and Accountability - Indicate the general degree of independence which may range from closely monitored to setting direction. Budget Responsibility - Indicate degree of financial accountability. Include actual amount of operating budget and/or cost savings. Include net sales plan responsibility, if applicable. Leadership - Indicate management responsibility including planning for the department's future needs, operations, hiring, performance management, salary decisions, talent planning, etc. (i.e., one team, multiple teams, etc.). Education: Organize, edit, and upload training content to digital platforms for NA retailers and field team. Manage education and events calendar for corporate and field Work with cross-functional partners in marketing, global education, and creative to streamline education/event priorities & messaging Events: Render visual standard of event setups for field and retailer consistency Organize, edit, and upload event dates/locations to digital platforms for NA retailers Ensure toolkits are shipped to field timely Operations: Upload and manage no charge orders for field comps, retailer gratis programs and branded collateral Oversee printing and translations for education/event collateral Own shipping, tracking, and filing collateral items for field/retailer programs Manage production quotes and invoices to budget responsibly for department Additional responsibilities: Compile and distribute weekly sales insider to corporate team Ad hoc projects as needed Q

Profile

Minimum Education level: BA degree or equivalent experience Minimum Years of Experience: 1-2 years of retail, cosmetic vendor, or special event experience preferred % Travel Time: 20% Required Language Proficiency: English Strong computer skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, social platforms Additional Job Specifications (e.g., physical demands, working conditions, equipment/machinery, specific skills, etc.): Exceptional written, verbal, and digital communication skills Understanding of business and financial acumen Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
