Title: Sales Operations Manager- Salesforce

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for CRM management, assessing market opportunities, and productivity and training projects as well as data cleansing.

Responsibilities:

- Work with the company and sales leadership team to drive alignment on business goals
- Work directly with key sales leaders on critical strategic, organizational and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiency.
- Structure and drive strategic initiatives within the sales organization
- Manage Salesforce CRM
- Track key data and maintain our reporting processes
- Improve productivity by evaluating and implementing sales technology
- Help sales leaders make data-driven decisions

Minimum Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience in project management, management consulting, corporate strategy, sales strategy, or operations
- Experience in team management, leading operational and strategic initiatives
- Experience with Salesforce
