Your Role on the Team
- As the Manager for SAP AirMI/Converse/HR on the Core ERP Team, you will provide technical and professional leadership to a team of engineers delivering business capabilities in the Nike SAP environment including global logistics, finance, planning, and HR.
- You will collaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, product management, and product owners, to implement robust solutions using agile best practices and deliver high-quality products on predictable timelines.
- You will provide team leadership, including technical skill development, issue resolution, and performance management. You will own the team's backlog and will prioritize and make trade-offs based on the understanding of strategies, budget, epics, enabler requirements, dependent teams, goals, and the value features and stories bring to the business.
- You'll work in a team environment where you'll be encouraged to express technical leadership and direction while communicating effectively across teams.


To be considered, you'll bring the following:
To make it clear, we're not looking for just anyone. We're looking for someone special, someone who had these experiences and clearly demonstrated these skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
- 8 years of experience in IT or a related field
- 2 years of progressive experience leading or managing teams.
- 8 years of experience in SAP engineering including an overall solid background and skill set in SAP technology solutions and experience in the successful design, development, delivery, upgrading, and support of SAP business applications.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience working with SAP in consultation for development, including collaboration on SAP custom development, OSS Notes and Support Pack application.
- Demonstrated ability and desire to form and lead teams of technical professionals towards common goals, with a focus on sustainable business delivery.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, environment.
- Flexible, ability to deal with ambiguity, and a demonstrated desire for continuous personal growth.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to motivate and mentor others within a workgroup.
- Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting).
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate.
