WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Identify and define the critical capabilities needed to support Nike's 2020 and beyond vision. Think strategically and provide input in the requirements and design process.
- Assess the impact of these capabilities on Nike's Fulfillment function globally and locally.
- Partner with the Global and in-Geography Trade & Customs Teams to ensure these capabilities are defined, implemented, and deployed as part of the Strategic Enterprise Capabilities Program.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise and connect with subject matter experts to facilitate insights and best practices globally.
- Develop and drive the Logistics x-functional and x-geo portfolio alignment framework while also incorporating the SEC portfolio disposition model
- Develop the x-functional and x-geo relationships required to ensure effective and efficient process and program execution; including formal development and adherence to a functional engagement model
- Ensure collaboration to coordinate plans and drive business results, process excellence and capability development.
- Collaborate with functional, x-functional and technical partners to develop realistic implementation/project plans.
- Facilitate and participate in Global SEC workshops for solution design and requirements definition.
- Lead and manage SEC Trade & Customs projects as required.
- Collaborate across the matrix to design Nike's future logistics requirements and to determine the system, process and operating model shifts required to operationalize
- Support development of GEO business transition management strategies and overall organizational readiness implications of a program spanning across multiple locations, businesses and years
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
The position reports to the SEC GOaL Director of Transportation & Trade. The position will be the liaison between the Global and Geography Trade & Customs Teams and will be a key part of a 4-person Transportation & Trade Process Management Team. This person will also work cross-functional with Global Sourcing & Manufacturing and Supply Chain Finance

Profile

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in supply chain discipline or related experience.
- Minimum 6 years-total experience in supply chain. Particularly in customs and international trade (including customs valuation, tariff classification, preferential trade programs, global import/export regulations, Nike Trading Company) and inbound logistics (including consolidation, international/domestic transportation, deconsolidation)
- Supply chain technology/systems (e.g. SAP, Amber Road)
- Additional expertise in supply chain management and strategy/innovations.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional, global project/program execution.
- Program management, management consulting, supply chain analytics is a plus
- Role will be based in WHQ (Beaverton) with travel up to 25% of the year.
