Job Overview

As a Senior, AP Training & Compliance, you will drive Brand Protection through the education and reinforcement of Asset Protection Policy and Procedure, training all levels of the AP organization, and the review of adverse events.

Essential Functions

- Maintain and develop Asset Protection Policies and Procedures; manage compliance of required AP training content to ensure company standards are upheld

- Write, edit, and obtain acquired legal approval for Asset Protection Policies and Procedures.

- Deliver required AP Training content to all levels of the AP organization

- Have knowledge of and ensure jurisdictional licensing requirements are upheld

- Review incidents involving AP Policy Violations and customer complaints involving AP Colleagues

- Manage all policy violations with Colleague Advisory; inclusive of data entry into Salesforce and direct partnership with Colleague Advisory

- Respond to customer complaints and potential defense in cases of litigation

- Monitor performance to ensure goals are consistently exceeded, hold business partners accountable for results and motivate team members to exceed department goals.

- Coach and grow team members while sharing teams' progress with business stakeholders

- Drive and communicate consistent priorities; establish strategy for work; provide insight and decision support;

- Assist in development, improvement and implementation of processes to enhance the colleague and customer experience;

- Communicate, collaborate and build strong relationships with team members across functions in person and remotely;

- Provide a safe work environment for staff. Develop and enforce safe work practices

Qualifications and Competencies

- College degree preferred

- A minimum of 5 years of loss prevention management or related experience

- Strong leadership profile and excellent negotiation skills

- Ability to effectively plan and execute strategies

- Effective prioritizing and time management skills

- Ability to build partnerships and direct teams

- Commitment to exemplifying the highest integrity and professional business standards

Physical Requirements

- Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department

- May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, color vision and climbing ladders

- Frequent use of computers and other technology necessary to perform job duties, including handheld electronic equipment.

- Frequently lift/move up to 50lbs
