Job description

The Corporate Compliance Training Specialist reports to the Corporate Compliance Trainer and helps plan, analyze, define, and prioritize the design, development, and execution of compliance training and communications to ensure business priorities are being met. Works closely, with little or no guidance, with compliance and privacy teams in performing the functions of the position. Partners with internal and external resources to assist with the development of compliance training and communications for all Associates globally ensuring quality and consistency across the organization. Analyzes and manages various projects engaging internal and external resources as needed to support training goals and timelines.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Participates in analyzing training delivery methods, defining integrated training and messaging solutions, and applying diverse approaches and innovative techniques to all compliance courses and communications.
- Helps identify content for online training materials and communications by partnering with subject matter experts including internal departments such as IT Security and Security Operations Center, Service Center, Legal, Internal Audit, Internal Communications, Information Management Steering Committee, and other internal resources.
- Designs online training and communications utilizing Microsoft applications, eLearning authoring tools, and outside vendor training tools and materials.
- Coordinates with Internal Communications and Learning Management System (LMS) team for distribution, monitoring, and reporting all online compliance training activities.
- Monitors training processes to support Associates at all levels in acquiring knowledge necessary to comply with the Company Code of Conduct and Information Management Program.
- Provides technical support as needed for online courses including troubleshooting Microsoft applications, eLearning authoring tools, and working with Learning Management System staff.
- Gathers feedback and evaluates training materials for effectiveness and impact on business results.
- Develops a strong understanding of the business operations of the department and the Company.
- Prioritizes work assignments and participates in creating and executing work plans to meet established objectives.
- Performs and manages special projects as assigned or directed and owns deliverables related to those projects.
- Demonstrates ability to handle higher levels of process and solution complexity.

Profile

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in design and development of training programs
- Knowledge of communication and collaboration skills for working in teams, adult learning theory and, and instructional design techniques and applications.
- Strong writing, research, organizational, and computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with Articulate 360 eLearning authoring tool
- Intermediate-to-advanced experience with Excel
