Job description

Senior Director - Marketing Effectiveness
The Senior Director - Marketing Effectiveness will report to the VP of Marketing Effectiveness. The Sr. Director will drive Marketing Strategy and Analytics across the enterprise.This role is responsible for understanding the impact of all marketing actions (coupons, events, direct mail, email, etc.) and working diligently to improve the customer experience and business results. This will also oversee Annual, Seasonal and Monthly marketing planning by leveraging data and insights to create a planning calendar that will achieve and exceed company goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead analytical projects aimed at understanding and improving marketing initiatives
- ROI analysis
- Determine impact of business decisions on performance, influence future decisions
- Improve customer experience of marketing initiatives
- Drive internal alignment with stakeholders
- Project management
- Plan marketing calendar (events, offers, sales, etc.)
- Partner with ecommerce for online specific events
- Leverage market share and other external data sources to influence business decsions
- Suggests new and innovative experience and product ideas to drive revenue
- Manage third paty vendors, evaluate new solutions, improve existing partnerships
- Hire and develop top level talent, build strong action oriented teams
- Build strong partnerships across the organizationCore Competencies & Accomplishments:
- 10+ years' experience in Retail eCommerce
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong vision for customer journey and experience
- Strong influencer and communicator; creative problem solver
- Strong merchandising skills/knowledge
- Critical thinking skills, courageous,
- Results oriented with strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Ability to build trust and drive change.What you get:
