The Senior Director of Product Management for Digital Technology at Coty provides a unique opportunity for an experienced eCommerce and digital product management leader. Coty is a multi-brand, global business. This role provides you the unique opportunity to build and to manage a team of product managers and analysts. The opportunity to define how this team functions, working in collaboration with business and engineering teams to define initiatives and a roadmap that delivers on the digital goals for all Coty brands, globally.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Develop the product strategy, vision and roadmap for Coty Digital customer experiences and drive value to the business.

  • Build, manage and mentor a team of product managers, analysts and UI/UX designers executing on the strategy and roadmap. Continue to manage and grow your team as the business evolves and needs change.

  • Partner with and lead cross functional - Engineering, Merchandising, CRM, Data, Operations - teams to collaborate and prioritize the roadmap that drives revenue growth and adoption.

  • Ensure product strategies meet both global and multi-brand requirements to facilitate adoption and application to meet business goals.

  • Manage and execute the documentation process of specifications, stories, features and epics for collaboration within an agile framework to deliver engaging experiences.

  • Collaborate with key cross functional stakeholders outside the digital teams in the development of the product road map and growth strategy.

  • Drive cross-functional teams comprised of both business roles and technical development during the life cycle of product development.

  • Lead the prioritization of ecommerce features to deliver on the roadmap in efficient and effective manner.

  • Partner with Engineering and Operations teams on development, testing/validation, implementation and launch plans.

  • Collaborate with internal business partners to refine requirements and define enhancements, creating buy-in from all impacted teams.

  • Develop metrics to measure success of program features, analyze results, and partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations to fold back into the CI/CD process.

  • Monitor the competitive landscape and technology advancements to identify best practices, emerging trends, and innovation opportunities.

  • Reinforce a strong product culture based on data driven decision making.

  • Create and implement an effective multivariate or A/B testing methodology that continuously improves the buyer experience and exceeds KPI objectives.

  • Work collaboratively with both employee and vendor/agency resources in achieving the scope of the product roadmap goals.

  • Work closely with VP Digital Technology on resource planning, product roadmaps and cross functional collaboration.


    We'd love to see candidates who have:


    • 10+ years of eCommerce and Digital product management experience

    • 7+ years of team management

    • Domain expertise with entire digital-Retail and CPG eco-system

    • Experience managing product roadmaps and communicating decisions to leadership

    • Research, statistical reasoning, and data analysis abilities (including multivariate or A/B testing strategies and execution)

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and continuous improvement development in various phases of ideation, execution, and delivery through an agile framework

    • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

    • Desirable:

      • Experience building and leading product management teams

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      • Self-motivated, analytical, and organized

      • A collaborator who values their peers

      • Track record of successfully bringing global products to market

      • Managing teams comprised of employee and consulting resources

      • Managing teams and resources across global locales that drives growth and retention for your teams
