Title: Senior E-commerce Manager

Responsibilities:

The Senior eCommerce Manager is responsible for developing and executing the overall eCommerce strategy for the brands' site operations including but not limited to:?

- Oversee eCommerce platform including performance monitoring, analysis and development of improvement recommendations

- Oversee site merchandising ensuring key goals are achieved/exceed

- Oversee testing and QA to approve all web programs

- Develop and execute focused sales and marketing plans to meet strategic objectives within the online channel while aligning to both company and key account goals

- Develop and actively monitor content and merchandising plan for web to ensure ongoing update of website content and sale of product; optimizing as appropriate

- Manage daily site content and ensure communication and visuals are aligned with brand image, standards and strategy

- Manage web calendar and lead web planning meetings regarding seasonal product process, site launches, email deployment alongside communications teams, promotions, site enhancements, etc.

- Manage all online product content for web data loads, accurate inventory and product information

- Lead coordination between web/graphic designers and developers, suggesting and implementing appropriate strategies for all online operations, i.e. order processing, fulfillment, marketing and advertising

- Review customer journey through the site, recommending adjustments with key stakeholders to enhance customer experience and conversion rates

- Drive online conversion rates

- Define short- and long-term tactics for continued sales growth

- Aggregate all available data and analytics to accurately share consumer profiles and purchasing patterns; identifying best-sellers and slow-movers in order to optimize online product mix and merchandising

- Serve as main point of contact with 3rd party eCommerce partners

- Monitor and adhere to eCommerce department budgets

- Oversee team of associates and interns; assist in hiring, performance reviews, and overall team development

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field

- 3-5 years of professional experience managing eCommerce business including developing and launching eCommerce businesses/platforms, from conception to completion

- Must have deep knowledge of global eCommerce models and digital technology

- Must have experience working with executive level leaders, internally and externally

- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal skills

- Must have superb organization, time management and project management skills

- Must be able to thrive and excel in an entrepreneurial, start-up type environment that includes meeting tight deadlines and short turn-around times

- Must have a proven and consistent track record of executing against an aggressive growth strategy and delivering results

- Global business experience is Preferred
