Job description

 Senior Financial Analyst 
 Function:  Communications & Marketing
 Department:  Communications
& Marketing 
to:  US Communications & Marketing Manager 
Reports:  None 
Job Function: In this role, you are r esponsible for reaching the
profit goals in the Marketing department through cost control, analysis and follow up. Support
the selling by having a clear overview of current campaigns and the impact they
have on the business and traffic. Ensure all department investments have a
clear ROI. 
Responsibility included but not limited to: 

analysis and follow up on monthly costs and conduct monthly cost follow
ups with department managers and responsible team members to ensure all
costs are in-line with the budget and current sales results 
and promotes cost consciousness within the Communications department. 
for the annual marketing, press and visual budget process and creation in
partnership with all responsible department managers and team members
quarterly and mid-year forecast for all marketing, press and visual costs
in partnership with all responsible department managers and team members 
and implement methods and tracking systems to increase efficiency and decrease
costs within the Communications department 
all costs within the department to ensure they are in line with budgets
and forecasts and work with team to create an action plan on any
deviations above budget 
and supports the invoicing process for Marketing, PR and Visual
departments, including review and approval and accruals in line with
accounting policies 
up and report on KPI’s and objectives connected to the department budget
and marketing initiatives and projects 
as liaison with local media agency in terms of monthly billings, accruals
and media agency remuneration. 
with applicable internal systems for reporting and follow up, Tableau,
Google Analytics, Adverai, GMP, Monitor, CIP, Bassware, Statista, FDW 
the team in planning and forecasting budgets for projects
and trains marketing department on financial management and invoicing best
for keeping track of total Communications budget, (approx. $60 million)
staying on top of vendors for timely and accurate payments (Paid
advertising for brand, expansion, and sponsorship/partnerships).
and report on media tracking, store traffic and Marketing specific KPIs.
and execute new ways of tracking to support the growth and accountability
of the

 brand to

seeks updated knowledge of industry trends in advertising, marketing and
fashion in-order to implement new strategies.

for several different marketing projects, depending on need 
team to plan, execute and reports on campaigns and project 
post campaign & activity analyses to support the team in drawing conclusions
that can be used for future campaigns & activities 
review Competition checks 
store and online visitor traffic and conversion and compile, weekly,
monthly and quarterly reports 
monitor the results of the activities on traffic and sales, in-order to
evaluate the success and profitability of marketing initiatives and to
optimize future activities 
with the sales and controlling organization outside of the marketing
department to share relevant marketing findings that will help support
selling and/or profits, including but not limited to activity analyses and
findings on customer traffic patterns 
on Investment 

all marketing projects and initiatives have a clear and trackable ROI
before commencing 
and education the marketing, press and visual team to understand how they
can assess the ROI of their projects and initiatives 
marketing, press and visual teams on all proposed budgeting and
forecasting submissions to ensure they align with the company’s
profitability goals, including both store marketing costs and department
marketing, press and display teams on proposed activities and campaign
investments to ensure they deliver a clear ROI and support the
department’s and the company’s big picture vision. 
keep-it-simple and cost consciousness in all Communications projects and
and Annual cost guarantees review and bonus evaluation for company’s media

with US Communications & Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, Sales
Display Manager and US Communications Manager to set and maintain the department
budget of up to ≥80 MM 
for managing all aspects of the media budget including but not limited to
forecasting, tracking and providing regular updates
with global dept. controllers to align and manage the centrally allocated
local communications budgets 


 Bachelor’s Degree in
Marketing, Economics, Finance or Business Administration
 3+ years of experience in Retail or Fashion Marketing preferred 
years of budgeting experience, including P&L, forecasting, etc. 
in Management and/or a Controlling role preferred 

in MS Office, advanced skills with Excel 
knowledge of the fashion and media business
knowledge of online and social media 
 Ability to
communicate clearly and hold high level meetings 
 Able to
work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team
environment and fostering a strong team collaboration 
creative and oriented toward problem resolution 
brand ambassador
 Ability to
think and work strategically; able to plan and foresee opportunities 
written and verbal skills 
organizational and time management skills 
organized, and detail-oriented
 Ability to
prioritize and follow up on various projects
