Job description

THE ROLE
It's never been a more exciting time to consider an opportunity with our Wholesale, Franchise and Licensing team. Known internally as WFLE, our dynamic team continues to massively grow this area of our business each year, through continued strong partnerships with the world's leading fashion businesses allowing us to reach millions of more customers every day. And with innovating new licensing deals introducing new products to our customers and broadening our demographics.

The year ahead is forecast to be our biggest yet and we're now looking for a Senior Franchise Account Executive who will support our Franchise team in delivering rapid growth (Revenue, EBITDA) through end to end order management, tracking of Franchise inventory, and timely commercial analysis.

The Senior Franchise Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing our international Franchise business. They will work closely with our partners to monitor each individual Franchise store to sell-in the optimal collection, run day to day operations, and be the main point of contact at corporate headquarters for the franchise partners across all aspects of the business.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
  • Forecast sell out and sell in plans by store

  • Generate and track weekly sales reports by door; monitor, track and analyse style selling

  • Manage weekly replenishment program

  • Carry out meetings with partners and department store teams, discussing brand positioning, open to buy, sell through and markdowns

  • Advise franchise partners of merchandise deliveries and production updates

  • Review execution of monthly floor, mannequin and wardrobe directives

  • Coordinate store design and set-up to prepare for new store openings

  • Coordinate brand and product knowledge trainings remotely or in stores for sales teams

  • Work with franchise partners and in house retail merchandising teams to ensure appropriate

  • merchandise assortment per store

  • Present the seasonal collections to partners, project for their needs by style and colour on all product categories and guide them on assortments by store

  • Implement quarterly buy analysis and actual orders by door for key partners

  • Support Global Franchise Manager on a daily basis on territory status

  • Help manage Junior Franchise Account Executive and Sales Administrator

  • From time to time involved in any ad-hoc projects


  • ABOUT THE LOCATION
    You'll be working in our East London Studios based in London' vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty. Studio Location. Approximately a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.

Profile

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
  • Strong professional experience in apparel sales at wholesale/ retail or related experience

  • Understanding of the apparel industry and how to analyse the business (e.g. sell through, stock on-hand, inventory, and margin)

  • Able to manage own priorities, set own work objectives and proactively identify business issues and develop creative solutions

  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities

  • Comfortable to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines

  • Passionate commitment to brand and a true brand ambassador in all points in the customer journey

  • Willingness to challenge the norm & embrace design thinking

  • Able to work at pace in ever evolving and changing environment

  • Adept with public speaking and conducting presentations to retail executives

  • Excellent computer and Excel skills

  • Ability to professionally communicate in Spanish is preferred
