Job description

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Lead development of global marketing programs to activate Calvin Klein during holiday, spring and evergreen animations, bringing the brand to life across all 360 touch points in-store and online, partnering closely with creative, digital, trade marketing, and merchandising
  • Help lead creative concepting and packaging development for gift sets, visual campaigns, and brand engagement tools to ensure Calvin Klein wins in competitive beauty landscape, collaborating with the fashion house and internal partners
  • Own end-to-end development of global gift sets, including packaging design, line-up, development p&L and artwork, partnering with cross function teams such as creative, packaging, trade marketing, supply chain, R&D, lifecycle and finance
  • Act as project lead, bringing new programs to market on time and in-line with business objectives; Includes leading all briefing meetings to kick-off program development, tracking key milestones in weekly cross-functional meetings, submitting necessary briefs and costs.
  • Oversee and help design gift with purchase collections and sustainability strategy for animations, steering development, and consumer messaging
  • Act as global liaison with affiliate markets, along with trade marketing, on program updates, leading bi-monthly team calls, creating program offering books and reviewing local market needs
  • Partner with Global Marketing Director to drive external relationships with creative agencies (packaging, concepting & advertising)
  • Help drive creation of all key global marketing presentations and sales materials, including e-commerce photography, retailer presentations and internal brand reviews
  • Serve as category expert, tracking consumer trends, proposing new creative concepts and conducting on-going competitive reviews, including leading quarterly analysis and market tour insights, to help drive brand strategy and creative thought for 3 year plan.
  • Act as Team lead with finance helping to oversee brand budgets
  • Manage and mentor Global Marketing Intern in partnership with Marketing Director

Coty Luxury is seeking a Senior Global Marketing Manager to lead Calvin Klein Fragrances within the Global Consumer & Brand Marketing team. Partnering with the Global Marketing Director, this role will play a key role in developing creative and innovative global marketing campaigns to scale Calvin Klein during key seasons in gifting and animations. This person should demonstrate a strong passion and knowledge of the fragrance category and be an enthusiastic consumer of the segment. The Senior Global Marketing Manager will lead all cross-function teams in end-to-end development of 360 brand programs and act as a day-to-day contact with the fashion house. From insight analysis to packaging development and visual campaign, the Senior Manager will spearhead impactful storytelling across all touch points, in step with fashion, ensuring the brand wins throughout the year.



We'd love to see candidates who have:
  • 4 year Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Related Field; MBA a plus

  • 8+ years related experience in marketing with majority in beauty, luxury and development preferred

  • This person should demonstrate a strong passion and knowledge of the fragrance business and the US/global markets

  • Must demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, creativity, collaborative spirit, proactiveness and ownership, embracing both big picture objectives and follow through on details

  • Experience working with R&D and leading creative projects end-end in partnership with cross function teams

  • Flair and passion for creative design, concepting and strategic 360 campaign development

  • Must be able to seamlessly work across multiple projects involving various stakeholders (internal and external), with a "can do" attitude and balance of analytic and creative skills

  • A strong written and verbal communicator with excellent organization and presentation skills

  • Creative, luxury brand sensibility and trend savvy. Interested in developing their career in beauty, marketing and/or innovation

  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
