The Senior Manager, CRM/Web Analytics, will be a pivotal team member, bringing this digital aspiration to life, using data to recommend and influence key business decisions, to proactively find patterns in the data to inform product marketing, consumer engagement, and e-commerce.

This is a critical role on the Global Clinique Analytics Team, supporting marketing and online efforts. This role will be responsible for both strategic and ad-hoc analyses, focused on better understanding consumers and anticipating their behaviors and needs. The person in this role needs to have both an understanding of how the data and analytics will support the business decisions and the technical acumen to produce the data required to answer those questions. This person must be fluent in deriving business meaning out of data, data visualization and storytelling best practices, and understands what's possible with predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI.


  • Gathers requirements, performs analysis, and creates insights on consumer and website data and analytics
  • Working with business users to understand their needs, decisions to be made with data, documents requirements, then translates those needs into technical specifications / analysis approach, executes the analysis, and supports storytelling back to the business to provide insights and recommendations
  • Subject matter expert for consumer / CDP / CRM data and metrics
  • Deeply understands web analytics and consumer journey to drive UX, content, and site capabilities and enhancements
  • Helps the brand build and maintain customer loyalty, utilizing CDP / CRM platforms to analyze consumer data and make recommendations to relevant teams, e.g., Marketing, Online, Finance, etc.
  • Uses 1st party consumer data to drive new consumer acquisition, lowering cost per acquisition, by enhancing consumer segmentation and influencing creative personalization, and using the data to improve online experience, retention, and ultimately lifetime value
  • Analyze customers' behavior online to identify preferences and tailor online experiences to consumers to improve experience and increase revenue
  • Analyze and anticipating trends of consumer's shopping behavior and consumption patterns through data analysis of the consumer data base and market trends in order to deliver insights into a comprehensive consumer life cycle for the Brand.

  • 6+ years relevant experience
  • SQL, Google Analytics (GA360 or GA4), Content Square, PowerPoint, Excel must have
  • Python, SAS, Databricks, Braze, Big Query, Google Data Studio, Qubit nice to have
  • Knows how to build in either Tableau or PowerBI
  • Knows how to tie together disparate data sources into single analysis
