Job description

Serve as the point person in the International Bareminerals team for Cross Border, partnering closely with the TP Agency and the Global marketing and communications team to support this pivotal expansion:

Partner with TP Agency/Tmall team to strategize long term brand positioning in China cross border, financial targets and specific needs for China market
Coordinate all approved market-specific requests with Global Marketing and Product Developments teams and brief them accordingly
Complete site overhaul with relevant content and assets, working closely with internal global digital and creative teams should Tmall specific assets be needed
Review new product forecasts and assist with pricing recommendations; provide guidance for sampling
Review Tmall product forecasts and liaise with S&OP team to ensure timely product registration & forecasting for all launches. Work with China team to review ongoing base business forecasts. Define assortment based on Tmall specific needs

Analyze China market performance and competitor activity and provide insights for the brand i.e. do we need to revisit product assortment, shade range, pricing etc.? Is the media content resonating across China market? Should we consider alternate media channels or content development?
Oversee and manage cross border specific budget along with all TP relations
Review and collaborate with the Director of International Business Development on management of P&L
