Job description

The role
of Digital Social Content Project Manager will be responsible for overall executional excellence of down funnel
digital and eCommerce focused content for the L'Oréal LUXE division and its
brands. They will be tasked with ensuring that all outputs from the
Digital Content Factory are delivered on budget, on time, and with technical
excellence to meet D2C, eComm & Digital platform "best in class"
standards. This individual will need to collaborate cross functionally -
managing brand, factory, and creative feedback - to ensure everything is
consolidated, produced and delivered to meet brand and digital needs.
This role will act as PIM/DAM advocate and manager, working with Content
Factory AVP to establish divisional adoption and utilization.
This role
drives collaboration and influences multiple levels of leadership to execute on
the following key deliverables:
- Own schedules/timelines for production
projects to ensure key milestones are met
- Facilitate manage and deliver key
creative feedback between marketing, digital and creative key
stakeholders. This project manager should have an innate digital prowess,
understanding the needs of both product marketers, as well as digital
creatives. They should be able to speak the digital production vernacular
and manage a variety of complex, fast paced, high volume projects at once,
keeping delivery excellence in mind at all times.
- Alongside creative director and content
factory producer and Content Factory AVP, this PM should help to project
resources and timelines of required team members and vendors (both
internal and external) needed to complete each project, scheduling
kickoffs and establishing/balancing workload(s) and managing key
milestones throughout the project lifecycle through to completion
- Facilitate meetings including: briefings,
kickoffs, creative reviews, approval meetings, workshops, and
retrospectives with internal teams and external partners; Facilitate
daily/weekly stand-ups with appropriate parties, and create &
communicate project status reports
- Onboard and manage overall oversight of
Digital CMP tool that will enable content factory to work alongside brands
and creative teams
- Develop detailed project schedules while
coordinating multiple parties to help teams deliver projects in a timely
manner and under budget
- Work with multiple teams, consolidate
updates, and communicate progress, risks & issues, and mitigation
plans to the brand teams and internal Content Factory leads
- Ensure quality standards for all
deliverables are met and kept across the L'Oréal Luxe Division
- Support management of divisional budget
for annual production goals in consultation with the Content Factory AVP
- Analyze content creation process and
usage, in partnership with brand/BAM counterparts, to recommend or
implement data-based optimizations where applicable;
- Act as a champion for the LUSA digital
asset library usage and integrity - will be a champion and user of the
tool alongside Digital shelf Director & CDMO key counterparts
- Educate & help evangelize established
and new workflows, RACIs and standard operating procedures for the Content
team
- Support management of brands' libraries
of videos/assets/images; Help to educate on DAM system for use by
designers, editorial staff, brands, etc.
This
individual will collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic brand
objectives, launches, and activities; responsible for increasing consumer
touchpoints, market share, discoverability & media performance.
