Job description

The Senior Manager, Global DTC Supply Planning:
- Will collaborate with LA-based Kylie Jenner team, DTC Ecommerce regional teams, Paris-based COTY Global Brand team, COTY Supply Chain teams to manage Supply Planning and 3PL partnerships with Coty logistics teams
- Partner with Director, DTC Ecommerce Strategy & Operations and Demand Planning team to ensure supply supports planned and unplanned demand
- Partner with Consumer Service team to triage order issues and manage post-purchase inquiriesKey responsibilities:
- Leads Global Supply Planning for Kylie and Kim Direct-to-consumer businesses across multiple geographies
- Work with Demand Planning to monitor sell out trends, identifying slow movers and associated holding costs
- Highlight critical supply side risks and opportunities with the goal of optimizing business needs
- Ensure setup and inventory receipt/replenishment of products across the portfolio for each market as applicable
- Improve post-purchase Customer Experience to increase Customer Lifetime Value for Kylie and KKW, perform research and analyse to identify opportunities to strength consumer engagement for Kylie and KKW
- Support value at risk (VAR) action items in partnership with demand planning and cross-functional teams
- Partner with regional DCs on pick & pack tests and sampling
- Triage order issues in partnership with regional DC and consumer service team
- Perform due diligence on opportunities to improve Customer Relationship Management across all consumer touchpoints: Brand Engagement, Logistics & Fulfilment, Consumer Service, Carrier Management, Delivery Management
- Manage and monitor key performance indicators including inventory health, fulfilment rates, delivery speed and consumer service metrics
- Drive strategies, methodologies and best practices that ensure excellence in supply planning, inclusive of segmentation, safety stock, inventory analysis, predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Support new initiatives and promotions, coordinating with brand, marketing, Supply Chain and DTC Ecommerce teams to partner on building a repeatable model
