Section 1: (General Information)Job Title: Senior Manager, Ecommerce & Digital Marketing: L’Oreal USA BrandJob Grade: FLSA: Function: Ecommerce & Digital MarketingSupervisor Title: Senior Vice President, BrandLocation: NYO Section 2: Job Summary This individual is responsible for Digital Marketing efforts and e-commerce to ensure the sales and profitable growth of the Baxter of California e-Commerce website and all paid media efforts. This individual will be critical in building, managing and leading the e-commerce efforts that include digital media, roadmaps, vendors, customer service, P & L budget / ROI planning and online performance metrics. As well as support the global ecommerce strategy. The ideal person is creative, collaborative, consultative, and strategic with a strong ability to work well cross departmentally and with key executives. This position is also responsible for managing a Marketing Manager who focuses on Customer Retention, along with partnering with our Key Account Manager and Marketing team to develop an ecommerce led business inclusive of strong growth with Retailer.com partners. Also works closely with CRM, social analytics, and database insights to institute necessary strategies and merchandising/offers to drive sales. Works on both short and long term strategies, to drive brand sales, awareness, RTB’s for the owned site to compete in the marketplace and gain customers. Responsible for forecasting, promo planning, site calendar management and partnering with brand marketing, PR etc., to create powerful online programming and communicate daily sales. Able to drive A/B or MVT testing, a mobile first mindset, and all site optimizations inclusive of SEO, SEM. Includes partnering with Amazon team on full paid eco system. Have experience managing third party vendors.As an entrepreneurial brand, this lead will also be responsible for Acquisition. The team needs to think about the full life cycle of the brand. Plus how to support merchandising and customer experience. In addition, partner with all agencies of record and CMO team on paid social, programmatic, email, affiliate, referral, paid search, etcSection 3 Requirements5-7 years’ experience in digital marketing focused on websites, mobile marketing and content development; Agency experience a plus.
