Job description

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Sett and forecast sales goals, track performance, identify improvement areas and/or gaps and flagging to business leads and helping to put in place, process, procedure or sales opportunities that can improve key KPI like Net sales and conversion rate
- Manage online assortment, promotions, price management and overall product presentation. Plan long term and short-term product assortment strategies which includes discontinued items and over stock items.
- Liaise with customer service and warehouse operations to track, troubleshoot and resolve any issues with customer orders. Ensure packages are going out in a timely manner and flag to leadership if any issues
- Manage and oversee vendors for ecommerce operations including contract negotiations and review and ensuring service level agreements are being met
- Create and enhance standard operating procedures and best practices for performance monitoring that will enable the ecommerce team and leadership to make business decisions
- Own and manage operational budgets and implement optimizations if possible, to deliver higher operational ROI
- Develop comprehensive marketing, promotional and sales plan that achieve DTC sales target including GWP offers and starter sets
- Own and manage go-to-market strategy for new product launches, key brand initiatives and work with ecomm key stakeholders to have successful launch and/or implementation

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Ecommerce Operations to be a cross-functional project lead across Finance, marketing, fulfillment, finance, legal, IT, customer service & Demand planning to ensure the DTC business has what it needs to deliver sales and enhance the customer experience. This role will lead our operations strategy, lead day to day execution of fulfillment, sales reporting, and demand planning.

Profile

We'd love to see candidates who have:

Essential:
- 7-10+ years' experience in ecommerce and digital marketing and/or operations
- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; eCommerce Director level experience with a large-scale on-line retailer preferred;
- Maintain a start-up mentality to move the business forward; this means being resourceful, collaborative and a creative solution-seeker
- Work across a diverse group of stakeholders in a range of different departments and roles to drive towards a shared solution / outcome;
- Proven leadership and influencing skills; The ability to define functional requirements, reflecting a deep understanding of how an ecommerce business operates;
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with ability to meet strict deadlines
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce cloud a plus
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficient in MS Windows (word, outlook, powerpoint, excel)
- Organized and detail oriented and adaptable self-starter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
