Job description

The Senior Manager, Global Marketing is responsible for leading Global Marketing initiatives for new launches and ongoing strategy for all categories for BUXOM.
This position is responsible for developing the 3-year global strategy and implementing the new launch planning process, as well as driving cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Packaging, Creative, Digital, Merchandising, Education, and Communication in the development of cohesive global strategies.
New/Core Launch Development & Management
- Lead and manage the development of the innovation calendar with product development to meet the brand strategy and growth targets
- Lead the discussion with US and International teams on the development of assortments and globally digital first 360 launch plans relevant programs in partnership with cross functional teams
- Develop ongoing strategy for top core franchises
- Works closely with planning team on forecasting guidance, and recommending line edits for each new launch
- Utilize consumer research, CRM data and industry insight to drive insights
- Develops programs and initiatives to elevate the brand experience while ensuring global image, standards and direction is upheld.
- Manage project for upfront new launch planning according to new process in collaboration with the Project Management team and the Vice President of Global Marketing
- Organize new product launch cross- functional meetings
- Follow up on deliverables with various teams
- Creation of key documents (Launch strategy decks, Forecasting decks, Launch feedback report)
- Ensure consistent message across all internal documents (bulletins, marketing decks, retailer presentation)
- Lead creation of briefs (merchandising briefs, photo briefs, how to briefs, films briefs, campaign briefs)
Brand Communications
- Support development of decks for
- Strategic planning, mid-term plan
- Budget presentations
- Marketing Business presentations
- Ad Hoc Marketing presentations
Financial Accountability
- Responsible for COGS and profitability analysis
- Develops yearly budget with VP of Global marketing for all launches


- College degree, 6+ years of work experience in marketing or consulting.
- A passionate, energetic team oriented individual with interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking skills, ability to structure presentations
- Strong project management skills, structured, sense of respect of timeline
- Attention to details, ability to work independently, reliable
- A strong sense of urgency, ability to manage details and projects while responding to changing priorities and feedback.
- Strong oral, written, communication and presentation skills.
- Software expertise - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
