Job description

Provide support to Product Marketing in the development and implementation of the product portfolio, innovation pipeline and product marketing strategy by category and subcategory to enhance brand story and drive growth and market share gains in priority channels and regions. Also responsible for providing product performance data in a digestible, clear, and informative manner Key responsibilities below: Company-wide reporting Innovate products and concepts that create new business opportunities Product strategy that drives business and reinforces brand equity Manage Global Product Marketing Strategy initiatives Company-wide reporting: Dashboard Reporting Various Product Performance Reports Presentation Preparation Ad Hoc Reports Share global product performance results in analytical presentations for all levels of management (weekly, monthly and quarterly) Provide new product launch results including learnings, trends, qualitative actions plans & solutions Create and analyze actual sales, margin and profit reports and compare them against the budget to assist in identifying key areas and categories that need revitalization and immediate Marketing action. Monitor and analyze competitors, keeping aware of their initiatives and provide insights and relevant examples of what is winning and gaining market share Analyze sku, capsule and category performance to Product Development with quantifiable learnings that guide forward looking development Review monthly global sales and category results and make relevant analytical call-outs on all metrics Support Product Development, Marketing, and other organizations with various product analytics as the Global Brand President designates Innovate products and concepts that create new business opportunities: Assist in building innovative product development and pipeline strategy to support brand's strategic direction, including focus in fast-growing categories and subcategories, hero products, and brand-building channels Conduct research to build business case for Product Development and Concept Ideation briefs Assist team with 18-month detailed calendar through product marketing and promotional programs, with focus on fast-growing categories and subcategories, hero products, and brand-building channels Product strategy that drives business and reinforces brand equity: Collaborate in development of product marketing strategy including product architecture, product launch process and go-to-market strategy Collect and analyze sales trends, category shifts, COG changes, market intelligence and competition Do deep dive analysis on new product pipe Conduct ad hoc business analysis requests as needed Contribute to recommendations to seize market based on analysis Support any NPD product information needs Work with senior team on SRPs, COGS Present strategic pricing recommendations to senior management, based on competitive pricing analysis and COGs targets. Drive COGs analysis and provide targets to development teams to improve specific SKU and overall brand COGs. Partner with Demand Planning and provide strategic input for launch sizing, forecasting, and planning across all regions. Manage Global Product Marketing Initiatives: Maintain and issue forward-looking Global Product Calendar Support yearly Innovation, Line Edit, Strategy, Budget, Brand Collection needs Project manage yearly innovation deck needs and contribute to content of deck in collaboration with PM team Lead creation of product sheets and forecast offerings Q


Desired Skills and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management Minimum 5-7+ years of retail marketing or consulting experience, preferably in cosmetics industry Show strong strategic thinking and leadership Curative lens on what is innovative Must possess strong analytical skills Ability to multi-task and work under pressure effectively & efficiently Organized and detail oriented in both managing tasks and budget tracking Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Excellent oral, written and presentation skills Self-motivated, committed, tenacious and goal-oriented Energetic and passionate with an entrepreneurial, flexible spirit Team player with a positive, professional, and enthusiastic "can-do" attitude
