- Serve as a sought-after thought partner to our global Legal and Human Resources (HR) department to align people and business strategies.
- Support leaders in designing org structures and working models aligned to our strategic imperatives.
- Lead people processes (performance management, employee engagement, executive development review, succession planning, strategic workforce planning), helping our client groups to see the interconnectivity so they are not experienced as separate events.
- Build close relationships with our Centers of Excellence in support of assessing and addressing organizational gaps and needs and attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
- Coach team members to deliver difficult feedback, address performance concerns and navigate through employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
- Foster leadership effectiveness managing teams collaborating asynchronously and in a hybrid environment.
- Support team members in their development and career pathing. Help teams connect their roles and responsibilities to the organization's strategy.
- Amplify our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIBs) strategy, infusing DIBs into our culture and people practices and processes.
- Utilize data analytics to drive change, identify levers to enhance employee engagement and inform decision and policy-making across the organization.
- Recommend new approaches and policies and procedures aligned to our culture that will drive continuous improvement, process efficiency and employee engagement. Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation to free up team members for strategic initiatives.
- Lead global projects with multiple and diverse stakeholders.

Profile

- The ability to build genuine, trustful relationships at all levels through empathy and high EQ.
- Minimum of 5+ years related Human Resources experience in a Corporate environment, and/or equivalent educational experience.
- Adept at reading and flexing to different leadership styles.
- Proven track record of guiding leaders in attracting, identifying, developing, and retaining team members and helping teams reach their full potential.
- Ability to engage globally with key stakeholders and understand and work effectively in a culturally diverse organization.
- Ability to drive and influence change and help team members grow through change.
- A "life-long learner" who stays abreast of industry, future of work, economic, social, business, environmental, and political trends.
- Strong functional and industry acumen.
- The ability to translate strategy into action.
- Experience with organizational design.
- Superior writing, presentation, and oral communication skills.
- A data analytics mindset and a systems thinker who can share insights with business leaders.
- Project management experience in a global, highly matrixed organization
- Certification in DiSC, social styles, coaching, and/or communication styles helpful.
