Job description

The Sr. Manager, Stores Human Resources at Bath and Body Works is responsible for talent development, compliance-related initiatives, associate relations and performance management. Partners with span leaders, regional managers and district managers to meet the needs of field associates regarding any human resources matter. Reports to AVP, HR and will lead direct reports.
Must possess the ability to:
Build World Class Talent
- Leverage development conversations to drive talent decisions
- Ensure succession plans and retention strategies are in place for key markets/positions
- Build capabilities of field leaders within regions regarding talent management (based on trends, recent activities, legal/AR cases, etc.)
- Facilitate new manager assimilations for district managers
- Participate in the interviews of all new DMs and ensure effective onboarding transpires
- Help engage and retain leadership talent within region
- Provide facilitation support (onboarding, compliance-related initiatives, sexual harassment, etc.)
Optimize the Culture
- Influence and implement compliance-related initiatives that impact stores
- Be an advocate for the region, identifying culture opportunities, needs, etc..
- Manage region-specific legal trends/issues
Project/Initiative support includes but is not limited to:
- Health & Safety
- Compliance
- Performance Management
- Holiday Strategy
- Compensation
- Labor Management
- AOS (Associate Opinion Surveys)

Profile

.* Five to seven years of human resources experience, including all areas of human resources and knowledge of employment law
* Strong communication skills
* Outstanding associate relations expertise
* High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
* Proven relationship-building skills
* Ability to analyze business needs and craft practices and specific solutions
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
* Retail background highly preferred
