The Senior Manager, Retail Omni-Channel Operations will support the LSA Retail Operations team in the execution of various Omni-Channel initiatives that will deliver a superior consumer experience across our stores. You will support process documentation, providing feedback and requirements input during development cycles, user testing, deployment planning and coordination with cross-functional teams and vendors, issue trouble-shooting, collecting store feedback and reporting on key performance metrics. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Retail and Omnichannel Operations
About the Job:
- Lead the execution of all Omni channel projects in LSA stores
- Support and contribute to development of project deliverables (process documentation, requirements, user feedback) as the LSA Retail subject matter expert, from project concept to development
- Develop project plans and lead deployment planning and coordination across stores
- Support reporting for project success criteria monitoring and store feedback
- Help resolve project issues as they arise
- Liaison with cross-functional team including E-Commerce, IT, Global Retail and Store Operations to ensure the new solution is developed and deployed successfully to stores; provide updates to LSA leadership team
- Manage team for designing and developing performance reporting, business intelligence tools, and in store testing programs
- Conduct research on competitive landscape to identify trends affecting the marketplace


- BS/BA Strongly preferred
- 7-10 years of experience, with knowledge of Retail operations and/or eCommerce operations, specifically on Omni channel projects
- Understanding of retail and online landscape and consumer trends
- Motivated self-starter with bias to action; understanding of and experience working in matrixed environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex concepts in clear and concise way across all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage and prioritize competing projects simultaneously
- Superior technical and analytical skills; previous experience with analytical packages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Business Objects, Tableau, SAS) a plus
- Experience working with remote teams and across time zones
