About the Job
The Senior Manager of Social/Digital Strategy will work with the department Executive Director to craft, optimize and distribute the social and digital strategies for the global Bobbi Brown brand. This includes overseeing all social-first content development, owning key social platform strategies and expansion plans, partnering with Education and Artistry on content creation, coordinating with external parties (agencies and international markets), managing all program recaps, and effectively amplifying launches with a robust digital strategy. This role is highly global, requiring frequent communication with key markets on what is working and what needs to be further optimized. It requires a deep understanding of existing social and digital technologies, as well as insight into what's next via relationships with platforms.
The Senior Manager must be creative and analytical, supporting the Executive Director and the overall Consumer Engagement team with big ideas, content creation and execution strategies for bringing product launches, trends, new content series and our overall brand equity and distinctive brand Artistry messaging to life. They must have their finger on- the-pulse to understand what competitive brands, looks and content are trending on social media. The Senior Manager must be highly organized, proactive, and a leader - able to lead key initiatives, identifying opportunities for digital and social growth through content, new platforms and new platform technologies as well as delegate content production capabilities to the Social/Digital team. This individual should also have the ability to coordinate and prioritize needs from other internal departments. They must be able to effectively distribute, explain and present strategies and execution plans to global partners, at the most junior and senior levels of the brand.
