Job description

Support NA Sourcing Strategy and Power Plan in strategy formulation and execution related to strategic sourcing and planning through thought-partnership, project management, process creation, and leveraging collective knowledge & skills to unlock value for the business and end consumer. Support and Manage key projects and initiatives in support of long term strategic vision, operationalize new ways of working. Support the team through creating and iterating decks.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Execute multiple high visibility projects for NA Supply Strategy across BUs by establishing a clear vision, directing resources, influencing diverse stakeholders and communicating progress and roadblocks
- Ability to help connect dots across multiple strategies and time horizons, maintain a holistic understanding of the business across all functions & geographies
- Manage templates, scorecards and execute the measurement progress, metrics, key performance indicators, and ROI
- Effectively communicate complex ideas, data points, and strategies to diverse audiences in a compelling simple way that inspires action
- Understand and grow knowledge of macro environment and associated business impact
- Extrapolate information from projects and ideas and present recommendations to leadership, including ROI analysis, resourcing needs, and future impact to the business
- Support opportunities by conducting research and attending external forums- create proposals and action plans for implementation
- Create materials to collaborate with external L1 & L2 (supply chain partners) to drive key strategies
- Track, take notes and communicate progress against initiatives and strategies to multiple levels and functional areas to gain buy in and support, or to influence action

Profile

- 10 years' experience in either supply chain or consulting preferable
- Experience working directly with senior level executives
- Demonstrated leadership managing or influencing people
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Education:
- University degree
- MBA preferred
- LEAN, Six Sigma training preferred
- Project management certification preferred
Skills:
- Excellent PowerPoint skills required
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments
- Meeting facilitation
