Senior Procurement Business Partner

Duties: Lead regional sourcing strategy and key initiatives for Business and Corporate services categories for the Americas zone (ex. Brazil). Deliver required value and benefits for Coty through the entire process, from Sourcing to Purchase-to-pay, including SRM and internal stakeholder's management. Work closely with Coty Global category leads (based in Netherlands) to ensure that global strategic plans are translated into regional or local opportunities for the region, and thoroughly implemented and communicated. Lead regional and global change projects and complex sourcing initiatives on behalf of our global colleagues. Work closely with team to design, validate, and implement effective sourcing strategies.

Requirements: Requires Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field of study, and 4 years of Indirect Procurement experience in the Americas markets with multinational companies in the beauty industry. Experience specified must include 4 years of experience with each of the following: contract development and legal terms negotiation; stakeholder engagement and communication; negotiating in complex or monopolistic environments; and data collection, data analysis, and using data to solve problems. Experience specified must also include 2 years of experience with each of the following: Indirect Procurement experience within business services, industrial, maintenance, repair and operations categories; and managing budget of at least 70 million. Telecommuting permitted up to 50%. Requires 5-10% domestic travel.
