Job description

Position: Senior Producer/Project Manager
The role requires an experienced and collaborative Project Manager with a sharp eye for detail, who can define, evolve and lead the exciting initiatives within our Innovation Roadmap. Project manager will be responsible for solving complex business, technical, and design challenges that help define high-touch user experiences.
- Work with development (design and production) teams to ensure that they understand the project vision and are designing innovative features for our Brands
- Interface and communicate directly with Brands and senior leadership
- Communicate across, technical and non-technical teams alike (design, UX, database, production, engineering, analytics, Brand teams, QA)
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across teams
- Develop and manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risk and issues
- Provide leadership for project team by motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
- Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several initiatives simultaneously
- Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities
- Manages the day-to-day project activities, such as, detailed budgets, timelines, resources, leading team meetings, including disseminating meeting agendas and team recaps
- Creates Epics, User Stories, and feature-list documentation related to each project
- Act as an internal quality control check for the project
- Understand Estée Lauder Companies Strategy and deliver projects that best meet our consumer and business needs
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools
- Tools: MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; JIRA/Confluence

- BA/BS or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of commercial experience working within project management of digital solutions
- Excellent organizational, analytical skills, and critical thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Must be energetic, enthusiastic and show a proven ability to work and lead in a team-based environment
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Project Management and Software Delivery
- Strong command of SCRUM framework and Agile values and principles
- Strong work ethic to help team meet commitments
- Strong cross-functional and team-building skills with an ability to build positive and productive working relationships while fostering creativity, innovation, and integrity within and across teams
