Will play a key role in the product strategy, prioritization, roadmap creation, requirements definition, functional design, and development of member experiences and capabilities across all digital platforms. Will create and constantly improve the member experience and drive value through deep analysis and analytics. Will drive business outcomes across the customer journey, including acquisition, engagement, and retention with a broad focus through all channels, including retail. Will scale membership to result in an increasingly personal experience for members. Will serve as the subject matter expert on an assigned digital platform functionality and consumer experience. Will define and drive features that are deployed across channels, including .com, multiple native applications, and retail. Will understand and advocate for market, consumer, and stakeholder needs to ensure the creation of the right product functionality at the right time to deliver maximum value to consumers and the business. Will collaborate with architects and other technology and product leaders on building scalable cloud based platforms that will power the digital experience ecosystem. Will fulfill the duties of a product owner on an agile development team, including requirements definition, story writing, backlog prioritization, and feature roadmap creation. Will partner with business and development teams to influence and align on objectives, scope, and requirement. Will build detailed business cases and advocate for new features to influence the prioritization of features within other product backlogs. Will maintain a product scorecard to measure and report on the success of the digital experience. Will formulate and execute product experiments through a/b testing technology. Will engage in five percent or less domestic and international travel.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or business Experience: five years of overall progressive experience in product management. Skills/Requirements: 2 years of experience: (1) Agile / Scrum product development; (2) managing a work backlog to ensure that products are delivered efficiently; (3) qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate hypothesis and measure outcomes; (4) review technical solutions and perform reporting and analysis of the solution; (5) consumer facing e-commerce experiences and platforms; and (6) performing research, interviews, workshops, and surveys to facilitate product development
