What you'll discover
The IT Security organization bears the broad responsibilities of delivering information security, practice governance & assurance, and data loss prevention throughout the TJX enterprise. Our worldwide team applies expertise and deep business understanding to ensure confidence for all company associates, investors, and customers.
As a Senior Security Scrum Master, you will play a key role in driving the delivery of critical Network Security (NetSec) services for TJX. You will drive cross-team collaboration, ensuring your product team is getting the support needed from other teams, and supporting other teams to deliver on their work. You will lay the foundations for ensuring best practice Agile methodologies optimize your product team's productivity and efficiency. You will take a lead role in identifying and resolving all roadblocks that delay or distract the team from achieving peak performance, driving relentless continuous improvement. You will create capacity & financial forecasts in partnership with your servant leader peers, to ensure your product team has the resources necessary to deliver on planned work.
What you'll need
We seek creative, security-minded professionals to provide hands-on talent and social expertise in protecting TJX and its assets. You'll work with engineers, Scrum masters, business programs, and other security professionals to adapt and improve our security posture in applications, infrastructure, and cloud modernization efforts.

What you'll need

- Experience with Project management (Agile/Kanban/Scrum/Waterfall principles)
- Experience with Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools (Preferably JIRA/Confluence)
- Strong documentation skills: clear, concise, structured, and professional
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- 7+ years experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager with dedicated agile teams using Scrum or Kanban
- Experience with Network Security capabilities such as Firewall, Router & Port Security, VPN, IoT Security and traffic analyzers from vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, VMWare, Fortinet, F5 and VMWare
- Agile Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or PMI-ACP preferred
- Experience deploying technical solutions in a regulated environment (SOX, PCI, GxP, GLBA)
