Job description

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
NA Supply Chain is looking for Supply Chain Solutions Analyst to fill an important role in our organization, help to lead the testing efforts for Digital First Supply Chain. We partner with key business stakeholders and technology to ensure that business processes are tested, validated and implemented within the enterprise system(s). You will drive quality management to ensure existing or new systems, business processes and initiatives operate as intended - data quality, systems and processes.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Collaborate and maintain a thorough working knowledge of Nike's Supply Chain processes and networks.
- Proactively communicates all initiatives, enhancements, and releases impacting NA Supply Chain operations to ensure business readiness.
- Review Business Requirement Documents to identify and report potential risks to existing processes and come up with solutions to mitigate such.
- Lead functional and full system testing of new processes and changes including integration between multiple systems across North America.
- Review and update existing documentation on SOPs for various business processes as required and create new documentation where none exists.
- Working and delivering completed product within timelines and delivering results with efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide trouble-shooting and problem-solving as needed.
- Engage and collaborate with multiple projects simultaneously while multitasking tedious requests and work with time constraints.
- Responsible for the product and product features from concept to implementation.
- Use multiple system platforms for a variety of teams across North America
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role collaborates with the NA Supply Chain Solutions Manager. You will work closely with Geography and Functional partners, business partners, technology partners, program and project managers.

Profile

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business administration
- Strong end to end supply chain knowledge; MPO/Logistics/Supply Chain/Distribution
- Demonstrated experience and ability to deliver results on multiple projects in a fast-paced agile environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident working with multiple levels in the organization.
- Good knowledge in testing of the latest ERP systems like SAP AFS, SAP-Retail, S4 HANA and integrations with WM systems
- Experience working within a cross-functional team with a proven track record of delivering results in high pressure or high profile assignments.
- Able to work comfortably up, down and across a highly-matrixed organization to efficiently motivate change and deliver results the right way
- Closely monitor progress, understand implications, and drive relevant action plans
- Possess strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize a varied workload
- Problem solving/resolution skills
- Technical understanding of integration between systems (MFT/EDI/etc. preferred)
