Job description

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking a Senior Director, Global Stores Finance who is a strong people leader with a track record of building engaged, high-performance teams! You will have a demonstrated history of getting things done in sophisticated operating environments, with the ability to influence others, implement change and standardize processes. You are by nature a self-starter, balanced by being a great teammate that can take a collaborative approach. You possess an ability to be equal parts thinker and doer, white-boarding strategies and problem-solving, with the energy to get things done.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will drive the long-term strategic direction and financial considerations for Nike's physical store network and our plans to meaningfully expand it, a critical pillar in Nike's direct-to-consumer strategy. Provide financial thought leadership across a diverse portfolio of store concepts, including, full-price, off-price, and franchise stores. Lead all aspects of a robust fleet review process that drives financial viability and strategic outcomes. Drive the assessment of business results to inform action plans with an eye towards longer-term strategic and structural change. Lead a team of Finance talent that enables our Stores business partners and catalyzes long-term value for Nike.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will partner extensively with finance counterparts in our operating segments (Geographies) and Strategic Investments, Stores General Management, Operations, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Demand & Supply Management, Technology, and across our digital ecosystem including Digital Product and Omni (O2O) teams to ensure we best serve our consumers.

Profile

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Business-related field with an emphasis in Finance and/or Accounting
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Retail Finance, with responsibility for Stores during expansion phases (including Real Estate Finance) and experience leading disciplined Fleet Reviews
- Experience in apparel and/or footwear with a heavy emphasis on direct-to-consumer as both a sales and consumer engagement platform
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear and compelling narratives
- Must possess strong leadership abilities, good judgment, and outstanding decision making
