Job description

We are looking for a Senior Manager Operations, LTD for our Sales team in Chicago, IL (also open to a candidate in New York City or Portland, OR)
The Senior Manager Operations, LTD will be responsible for leading cross-functionally to improve execution throughout adidas' operations (Inventory, Supply Chain, etc.) with a key goal of achieving A Vendor status and deliver against adidas growth and profit objectives. You will be a key partner to wholesale customers, Inventory Management, Order Flow and EDI, (Account Operations, Routing, Demand Planning, Order Fulfillment), and Sales.
- Create strategic change throughout the Supply Chain process to drive key performance indicators improvements
- Support in building strategy with Supply Chain/Vendor Services leadership to optimize Kohl's Landed/Standard order and delivery process Execute best route to market and cost-to serve supply chain plan for adidas and Kohl's
- Ownership of Semi-Annual Operations Summit, Supply Chain top-to-tops, and Operational Improvement sessions with Customer (Order Writing Rules Review, Process Improvement, etc.)
- Develop and deploy analysis and scorecards for communication to Kohl's and key cross-functional areas to improve supply chain compliance and effectiveness
- Develop measurements for success, lead test and learn scenarios, and drive actionable insights to optimize our process flow to impact overall On-Time, In Full (OTIF) and customer metrics
- Drive sales and margin growth by providing action-oriented analysis throughout the flow of product, evaluating and implementation of chargeback mitigation and On-Time optimization.
- Own operations-based topics, input to executive-level engagements; customer top-to-tops and internal leadership reviews, providing targeted areas for focus and transformation.
- Leverage customer relationships and feedback loop as the key partner for operational excellence focused on continuous improvement
- Partner with Account Operations, Key Account Managers, and Sales Planning on elevation of order book management, AR forecasting and fill, delivery blocks escalation, and extension opportunities with account
- Drive Wholesale change via process improvements and quarterly share sessions
- Streamline collaboration and connectivity with eFulfillment (eDC), Partner Program, BOPIS, and other digitally led operational programs at Kohl's
- Lead and grow Partner Program (Kohl's Direct Ship) operations, focusing on assortment expansion, lead time planning in partnership with CtC, chargeback mitigation and refinement of product attribution process
- Own operational feedback loop that drives continuous improvement
- Manage data integrity for EDI + K-Link collaborating with sales, IT, MOPS, and AO to create and deliver more operational efficiencies on product set up planning
- Collaborate with the sales, planning, and in-store teams to execute premium space drops (SOTF/Sephora), core program/floor set orders (fleece, polo, Tiro) and resolve other operating issues with SCM (distribution, supply, & customer service teams) to maintain a high level of service during transition periods
