Job description

Levi's is looking for a Sr. Product Manager, Pricing who will be responsible for the systems and processes to inform our pricing decisions at Levi's. This role will have a significant impact on our consumer experience across online and store channels, as well as within our network of wholesale and franchise partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own, develop, and execute a technology roadmap to redefine how pricing are planned and executed across channels
- Identify gaps in current systems and solutions needed to address them at scale
- Identify opportunities within currently manual processes and the path towards automation
- Collaborate closely with business partners and leadership to deliver and execute the best set of features that help the user and drives business goals
- Manage a cross-functional process for prioritizing, delivering and launching major product releases
- Be able to work on multiple projects at one time and manage competing priorities
- Simulate the impact of different pricing via use of statistical modeling methods
- Understand consumer pain points and desires
- Be able understand technical complexity of features being put onto the backlog and partner with the engineering and data science teams to make the right technical trade-offs
- Balance quick wins vs. platform investments appropriately.
- Navigate through ambiguity using consumer data, internal data, external benchmarks, and business objectives as guides
- Balance the use and integration of third-party solutions for quick delivery of goals
- Identify the controllable input metrics for your product area that will drive sustainable growth
- Create processes, identify resource gaps and bottlenecks, and work cross-functionally to increase throughput and minimize operational expenses
- Coach and develop other team members

Profile

:
- Degree in math, statistics, engineering, computer science, economics, or other quantitative field
- 4+ years of experience in product development
- 4+ years of experience performing quantitative analysis, preferably for a web, mobile, or other technology company
- Experience with SQL, Python, and/or BigQuery
- An owner's mindset
- MBA or Master's degree in a related field preferred
