Job description

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The Store Operations manager will lead the Store Operation and Athlete Experience strategy in a multi-cultural territory, bringing to life consumers and store athlete journeys. The position plays a critical role to unlock the potential of Central and South America (CaSA) Stores, influencing the execution of Nike's standard methodologies and programs. It also develops the connection with the GEO to sustain a fluid exchange and communication.
The energizing international environment and the fact of CaSA being a multi-country territory opens an amazing opportunity for learning and development for the candidate. CaSA is seeking a Store Operations manager great at communicating, multi-tasking, and who is well organized, who works with autonomy and who solves issues with a smile.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
In a day of the role, you should work as liaison, coordinating, tracking, and consolidating info between CaSA, distributors, and Geo to align priority and direction of distributor team's efforts for Stores Ops and NAX.
In alignment with territory business leader and Geo Store Operations & NAX leaders, you will:
- Implement and curate Store Ops & NAX annual and seasonal priorities calendar, and operational programs
- In partnership with distributor teams, analyze store business processes & identify areas of opportunity to increase efficiency (BOH and FOH opportunities)
- Training Captains program coordination
- Supervise and ensure execution, by coordinating EKIN & Training Captains
- Coordinate Listening sessions & Celebration Programs
- Drive Operational Excellence programs (Sales Floor Leadership program, Cashier Excellence, etc)
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You'll be the point person for CaSA Store Operations and report to CaSA Inline leader, dotted line to APLA NAX and Store Operations leaders.
On the daily work you will be supporting a large, varied team of distributor and territory people with a variety of management styles, as well as engaging with Geo team. People appreciate your ability to be inventive in the face of ambiguity and to find solutions on your own.

Profile

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years Multi store retail operations experience.
- Project Leadership: ability to execute projects and to influence cross-functional teams.
- Cultural Intelligence: shown success working across cultures, adapting Geo/Territory business strategies, promote a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Communication: proven ability to craft and articulate compelling presentations with engaging storytelling for communicating strategies and recommendations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
