The SEC team will drive end-to-end integration across hundreds of business processes, using a flexible and scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and best-of-breed technology solutions that support the retail experience of the future.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
SEC GOaL Ops & Services is seeking a team member to engage directly in program requirement and design activities. This role will lead, facilitate and provide subject matter expertise in the development and deployment of the future strategic enterprise capabilities necessary to complete Nike's Global supply chain vision within the scope of Global Operations and Logistics. They will work across multiple functions and teams to ensure optimal outcomes in many areas including: Fulfillment, Operations, Services, and Reporting. Successful candidates will have a strong leadership identity, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a knowledge of order fulfillment, logistics, and/or reporting processes.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Does who we are looking for sound like you? If so, you'll be working across Global and Geo teams to lead and run SEC capability work including process mapping and design. You'll be designing future state business and systematic processes that use industry standard technology processes and meet Nike's operational goals. You'll facilitate and participate in Global SEC workshops for solution design and requirements definition. In addition, you will collaborate across the matrix to design Nike's future Marketplace Operations requirements and to resolve system, process and operating model shifts required to operationalize new capabilities.
You will also work to identify and define the critical capabilities needed to support the next phase of Nike's consumer direct offense strategy, Consumer Direct Acceleration. You'll assess the impact of these capabilities on Nike's Marketplace Operations function globally and locally. You will ensure collaboration to coordinate plans and drive business results, process excellence and capability development. In addition, you will support the development of GEO business transition management strategies and overall organizational readiness implications of a program spanning across multiple locations, businesses and years.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, you will develop cross-functional and cross- geo relationships to ensure effective and efficient process and program execution; including formal development and adherence to a functional engagement model! You will collaborate with functional, cross-functional and technical partners to develop realistic implementation/project plans. You will partner with the Global and in-Geography Marketplace Operations Teams to ensure these capabilities are defined, implemented, and deployed as part of the Strategic Enterprise Capabilities Program (SEC).

Profile

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in supply chain field or related experience.
- Minimum 6 years-total experience in Supply Chain, Technology, Program Management, Management Consulting, Strategy, or a related field.
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise and ability to connect with others to facilitate insights and standard methodologies globally.
- Additional expertise in supply chain management (Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain Strategy/ Innovations, Supply Chain Analytics) is a plus
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional, global project/program execution.
- Project and Program Management competence
- Strong attention to detail
- Role will be based in WHQ (Beaverton) with travel up to 25% of the year.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the time zones of our globally based program resources.
