Job description

Integrated Fulfillment Planning (IFP) is part of North America Logistics and Operations group! IFP team works with cross functional groups within and outside Logistics operations to drive coordinated planning and optimize end to end product flow to serve the Marketplace. There are four key focus areas within IFP:
- INTEGRATES: e2e Network Planning activities
- Builds: new Network Flow & Planning Capabilities
- ORCHESTRATES: Network Execution & Capability Roll-out
- IDENTIFIES AND MITIGATES: Risks proactively
Who we are looking for
We're looking for a Capability Manager to own the development of planning capabilities required to measure the health of the network, lead an efficient End-to-End product flow, and improve product flow visibility to anticipate service impacts to the marketplace proactively and objectively.
The candidate needs to have following traits and skills
- Deep understanding and working experience building E2E network visibility
- Experience demonstrating large data sets and analytical tools to generate operational insights and inspire change
- Interprets internal/external business challenges and leads innovation/standard methodologies to build and improve E2E Network planning capabilities
- Solves sophisticated problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions
- Story tells difficult concepts and influences others to adopt a different point of view and new ways of working
- Drive clarity and simplification to lead ambiguity and complexity
- Lead x-functional teams
- Delivering new capabilities and large programs
- Marketplace and Supply Chain Knowledge
- Cross Functional & Matrix Management Success will be measured by developing and driving adoption of new E2E network performance management capabilities which would enable North America Logistics and Operations network to meet the significant shifts and high growth in marketplace.
What you will work on
In this position you will work on building data and analytics driven capabilities that enable end-to-end logistics network (Factory to Marketplace -Customer & Consumer) visibility, pro-active identification of potential disruption in the network, and recommend mitigation plan!
You will work with x-functional partners to understand current state gaps, identify improvement opportunities, strategize, and develop ways of working to build new E2E network performance management capabilities.
You will be accountable for projects or programs timeline, resource requirements, risk and/or complexity management, and budget
A typical day/week will involve partnering with x-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, influencing to drive alignment and consensus on new way of working, working with large datasets to test hypothesis, bringing external and objective PoV on latest trends to influence new capability development, and leading a x-functional team to tackle sophisticated problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.
Who you will work with
This role will report directly to Director of Insights and Capabilities, IFP. In this role you will lead and collaborate with x-functional team consisting of SMEs(Sourcing & Manufacturing, Integrated Business Planning, Transportation, Distribution Operations, Marketplace Operations, Supply Chain Innovation, Center of Excellence, etc.),project manager, finance, and analytics resources both from North America Geo and Global teams.

Profile

What you bring
- Bachelor's degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience and training
- Dynamic innovation, capability development, and operational experience in Supply Chain, Digital Operations, Marketplace Operations
- Critical thinking to seek sophisticated and large scale problems in ambiguous environment
- People Leadership
- Experience in sophisticated omnichannel supply chain operations and new capability development
