The Wholesale Channel Analyst role is to support Supply Chain Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives, inclusive of performance management and order fulfillment through our Wholesaler Channel supporting ULTA owned brands while leveraging support from our business partners in Supplier and DC Operations. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: Providing end to end Supply Chain support for ULTA owned brands through our Wholesale channel. Working collaboratively with the IT and DC Operations teams to seek and improve current processes with a strong focus on performance management and continuous improvement. Working with external business partners and represent ULTA Supply Chain to our Wholesale partners. Working in partnership with external retailers, ULTA DC's, MP&I and Merchandising teams to implement new Supply Chain processes. Managing prioritizing, exceptions and expedited shipments for our Wholesale channel out of ULTA DC's. Supporting and managing EDI exceptions. Working within external third-party portals to manage ULTAs supplier performance. Supporting monthly/quarterly reviews with internal and external stakeholders, when applicable. Ensuring Supply Chain SOPs and Best Practice documents remain current and up to date for multiple areas within the Supply Chain. Developing internal reporting requirements to manage ULTA's KPIs and SLAs. Supporting and lead internal stakeholder workshops/meetings. Participating in additional Supply Chain Strategic Initiative projects and support the overall network strategy. Supporting project time-lines #LI-JB2. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience working with a Logistics/Distribution/Supply Chain environment. Working knowledge of SAP preferred. Must be comfortable learning new software. Previous experience managing vendors preferred. Strong analytical skills required. Experience in process improvement and best practices preferred. Microsoft Office proficiency required, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred. Needs to be a self-starter with an entrepreneurship spirit who can work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational skills with a strong eye for detail. Requires well-documented communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization. Profile
