- Lead day to day interaction with the BU strategists, aligning their initiatives to the larger brand. Especially in the beginning of the GTM process.
- Collaborate with Planning & Production to set priorities and ensure strength of creative briefs
- Establish strategy and objectives for cross-category (innovations and product) stories by working with BUs and partners
- Support/lead in creation of Brand Platforms and Campaigns
- Create strategy and presentation decks for the Global Brand Marketing Director
- Together with BU marketer lead the strategic work of creating Product-Marketing concepts aligned with the seasonal Brand brief.
- Own the Marketing Planning Meeting, the first marketing milestone in the go-to-market process
- Support the sell-in teams to ensure consistent communications for seasonal key initiatives post Line Freeze
- Collaborate closely with the Go-To-Market Team all thru the GTM process. Securing alignment at key milestones
- For 360 Opening, creating seasonal narrative for content and videos
- 8 + years of related Marketing or Business experience; MBA or MA preferred
- BA/BS required
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization, often indirectly
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Product Marketing experience
- International/Global mindset - work in Global Environment
- Prior experience managing direct reports is preferred
- Understanding of consumer journey through the digital landscape
- International Travel required ~ 10% annually
