NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Will lead the creation of crucial data products that will power targeted communication effort and work cross-functionally with analysts, geo operations, data scientists and digital product managers to define, prioritize and execute roadmap for all audience creation products in Beaverton, OR. Will champion data-drive product management with a constant eye towards data consumers. Will set the strategic direction and develop a product roadmap around consumer segmentation in partnership with other data stakeholders. Will create and champion a data-driven and market-informed product vision and strategy that works in concert with established strategy. Will identify the strategic product implications and opportunities resulting from major corporate strategies and change initiatives. Will manage the end-to-end data product lifecycle. Will strategize and execute on initiatives to structure and democratize data. Will develop a product feature and release roadmap based on business targets, in-depth data analysis, and a clear understanding of consumer needs. Will design project plans based on priorities, set clear and measurable objectives and deploy team resources appropriately to achieve business goals. Will write and consult on product specifications while accounting for database challenges and external dependencies. Will develop and measure product key performance indicators, derive key insights, drive reporting tools, and devise and execute experiments and multivariate tests to find product solutions. Will articulate the product roadmap, vision, priorities and requirements to multiple stakeholders in both written and oral formats. Will gather and incorporate feedback from a diverse range of stakeholders including analytics teams, application and web teams, platform teams, operational teams, legal and globalization. Will partner with Engineering, Analytics, and Program Management leaders throughout completion of milestones while connecting with other stakeholders to deliver optimal results. Will partner with consumer-facing digital product teams to understand and deliver against their consumers' needs. Will promote cross-team and cross-organizational knowledge sharing through multiple forums (e.g., user groups, tech talks, design reviews, internal blogs). Will have three to five direct subordinates. Will engage in ten percent or less domestic and international travel.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, information technology, or engineering. Experience: seven years of overall progressive experience in product management. Skills/Requirements: 4 years of experience: (1) developing product roadmaps and setting the strategic direction for the product; (2) leading a product squad, including a Scrum master, product owner, QA, and product engineering; (3) developing the key performance indicators and deriving insights through data analytics; (4) leading a team of three to five people; (5) utilizing bench marking skills to develop forecasts and to determine future roadmaps; (6) big data technologies, including Hive, SQL, and Amazon Web Services; (7) stakeholder management; (8) project management, including Agile development lifecycle; and (8) building data products of the highest quality through using a Lean methodology.
