Stock Supervisor

As the Stock Supervisor, you will provide leadership and direction to the store staff and successfully execute company visions and values under the direction of the Store Manager. You will supervise and lead the day-to-day operations of the stockroom and impact the business by maximizing store profitability, assisting in controlling expenses, protecting company assets, and ensuring that store standards and processes for customer care, merchandising, operations, sustainability, and community participation are consistent and well executed. You contribute to the fostering a positive work environment that put internal and external customers about all.

How You Will Make a Difference

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales goals and monitoring sales progress against key targets.
  • Demonstrate a customer first mindset by modeling selling behaviors with a passion for the brand, customer, and the product.
  • Ensure product is always available to the customer and is presented in a compelling way that is consistent with visual guidelines, brand standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom areas.
  • Use strong communication skills and work collaboratively with your team to achieve store objectives and sales results.
  • Ensure all company and store policies and procedures are followed, and delegate tasks to associates as needed to maintain operational excellence.
  • Protect company assets and comply with safety, security, and shrink avoidance policies and programs. Report all concerns to management.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and are flexible to the changing needs of the customer and the business.
  • Model behavior that respects the background, experience, and cultural differences of others as part of an inclusive store environment.
  • Promote an inclusive store environment and contribute to great consumer experiences in all situations.
What You Bring

Required

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a team to exceed sales results and meet business goals.
  • Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
  • Ability to be solution orientated and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to deliver a high level of customer service in a retail environment.
Preferred

  • 1+ years of related professional/retail management experience preferred.
Physical

  • Operate office equipment and technology (i.e., computers, tablets, phones, copier, etc.)
  • Standing required for entire work shift.
  • Bend, lift, open and move product up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Use ladders for visual merchandising, light adjustments, and window banner placement.

Hiring Range:

$15.20 USD - $22.80 USD per hour

Minimum Start Rate:

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
