Job description

The Trade Marketing Manager is the person responsible for developing new and creative marketing strategies throughout all our channels. They would ensure proper planning, budgeting and production in all point of sales activities. You would not only be executing a vision but ensuring all internal and external staff understand it and receive the proper trainings on the strategy. This role includes but not limited to project management, marketing and a deep understanding of our brands.

Profile

Key Responsibilities
Development of 360° launch strategy for new brands including distribution and marketing activities for all different business channels
Translate Global brand plans into regional Americas marketing strategies and executions
Planning, budgeting, production and implementation of all in store activities, including point of sales materials, promotions, training, CRM development, etc. Implement and control an effective Trade Marketing action plan in line with the brands’ strategy within agreed budget and guidelines with a total respect of the brand image codes
Guarantee Brands Training to internal and external staff, sharing vision and strategy
Track results of Marketing Activities and constantly evaluate their effectiveness and ROI
Competitors monitoring and analysis
Visit relevant markets, supporting local teams in the execution of the marketing activities while ensuring high quality executions and share of space
Attend relevant Customers Meetings and Buying Days to support the sales
Assist Top Management and Sales Team with the development of new markets and channels strategy;
Performing other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs
Travel is required
 
Key Requirements
3-5 years of proven marketing experience
5 years of experience in a management role
3 years of relevant industry experience (Eyewear and or Apparel, Fashion, Luxury) Preferred
Experiences in highly competitive, brand sensitive, service-oriented markets
Proven ability to develop outstanding marketing strategies and with flawless execution
Ability to work within fast growing environment, work independently but also be a recognized team player
Self-motivated with excellent negotiation and communication skills; both verbal and written
Proactive, energetic with a strong sense of responsibility and a high level of integrity with ability to meet deadlines
Good command of spoken/ written English; Bilingual a plus
Expert knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint required); SAP knowledge is a plus
