Job description

POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for driving sales and market share growth for the ELC brand portfolio in Military retail accounts through a mix of strategic planning, tailoring of national programs, creation of retailer specific programs, ensuring that all campaigns are 360º, identifying white space opportunities to drive the portfolio and successful execution in-store and online. Analytical thinker that provides analysis and insight to guide decision-makers through the preparation of detailed business reports to ensure alignment with all business goals and strategy. BUSINESS PLANNING AND STRATEGY Participate in the annual strategic planning for the brand portfolio through the planning and development process--exhibiting understanding of all drivers of business performance (including quantitative and qualitative data) to consistently optimize strategy and execution. Support the development of the Military marketing programs and calendar by contributing market analysis insights and collating considerations from stakeholders to inform decision making. Collaborate closely with the team to foster strong retailer partnerships and develop seasonal programs and strategies including calendarization all marketing programs and promotional vehicles to achieve retail needs and maximize sell-through. Monitor new launch sell-through on an ongoing basis to identify risks and opportunities and to shape ongoing launch support. Own the analysis and business seasonal marketing calendar, including product, big bet activation, visual merchandising overview and promotion and make recommendations to drive business growth. Evaluate basic line product distribution and build proposals to optimize productivity, channel differentiation and consumer experience, aligning all stakeholders. EXECUTION AND LEADERSHIP Drive ecom through execution tactics to deliver growth and gain share while ensuring our brands have a cohesive, omni-channel presence and all activity is aligned. Provide assets for online advertising needs for each retailer. Partner with the team to identify short- and long-term wins and help develop a mix of tactics that strengthens brand relevance, meets sales goals and is consistent with brand and retailer strategies Identify business gaps and supplement brand calendars with retail specific events. Ideate and implement these high-touch in-store events based on an analysis of the business needs and opportunities Set up and release non-saleable programs in Passport Set up New Product Launches in LFW. Create Go To Market decks for each retailer Support the sampling, gifting and collateral forecast planning by building retailer needs from the bottom up - work together with the team on optimal forecast for respective accounts Prepare seasonal decks, own the business review slides and present tailored talking points for each account. Assist in development recaps with retailer feedback and play a key role in post-marketing planning meetings. Lead business review meetings with key strategic partners and own the development of the business review presentations. Review and audit of co-op, visual, events and in store lightbox programming and budget BUSINESS ANALYSIS ANS SUCCESS MEASUREMENT Examine key brand and retailer event periods to make analytically supported recommendations and decisions. Measure marketing program effectiveness via regular monitoring of KPIs. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Internally project manage retailer programs as needed: NA Product Marketing teams on product request & forecasting, VM teams and POS COE on in-store execution, and Retailer.com team on online support and site merchandising Manage Invoices/PO's processed through Ariba Prepare reports and manage invoicing and payment for JHS Salaries and commissions for domestic and international sales support and staffing. Profile

5+ years related marketing experience. Bachelor's degree is required. Must have ability to think strategically and to conceptualize and implement new ideas. Strong ability to structure, analyze and manipulate large amount of data in excel quickly (e.g., pivot tables, vlookup, data cleaning, etc.) Exhibit strong analytical and numerical skills and detail orientation with strong problem-solving capabilities. Able to analyze and evaluate multiple sources of both quantitative and qualitative data to draw conclusions and make sound, well-reasoned business recommendations. Highly organized and detail oriented with a strong ability to support multiple projects simultaneously. Have facility to identify, prioritize and adjust to multiple needs. Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving momentum on projects and proactively planning ahead to meet deadlines. Requires strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to present effectively and credibly to client, as well as interpersonal and team building capabilities with internal functional groups as well as with external partners. Marketing experience within Prestige/Luxury Fragrance industry a plus Must possess excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
