Job description

The VM Production Manager works with their team, and the National Production Manager to support team and facility operations, staff development, and project management to achieve all department goals.

- Deliver Exemplary Customer Service through strong ownership and professionalism.
- Manage daily operating practices and priorities and constantly adjust to new information.
- Maintain a Safe and Clean working environment for all employees.
- Manage and forecast Operating Expenses within budgets.
- Develop and Maintain local resources and suppliers.
- Full proficiency in all major power tool use.
- Oversight of Personal and Equipment Safety requirements.
- Manage work safely in a high production environment.
- Plan, Facilitate and execute projects within tight deadlines.
- Research and resolve issues using appropriate resources.

- Minimum 5 years' experience managing Direct Reports / Team
- Advanced Cabinetry / Fine Woodworking Experience
- Experience in Visual Merchandising / People and Project Management.
- Ability to read / edit Technical drawings.
- Proficiency in all basic Computer Software, including MS Office.
- Ability to build strong relationships with in-store teams, regional / corporate peers and store / General managers.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to Travel and work flexible schedules.
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills.
