In January 2019, Stadium Goods became part of the Farfetch family of companies, which will help guide our evolution as we usher in the next chapter of scale and growth. **THE ROLE** The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for achieving the inbound consignment operations KPIs through team management, development, and cross-functional project ownership. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, you will work cross-functionally with the Inventory team, Merchandising team and other members of the Supply Chain/Logistics team to achieve optimal SLA requirements that ensure best-in-class customer service levels. This role requires an obsession for detail, a process-oriented mindset, and a passion for process improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Strategy and Daily Planning - Participate in setting the strategy for all Intake operations located in Stadium GoodsWarehouse - You will implement, enforce and evaluate SOPs and policies using Lean techniques and process improvement strategies. - You will participate in inter-departmental meetings partnering with Operational department heads to build synergies fostering communication, cooperation, and teamwork. - You will plan and manage the distribution of work on the Operations Intake teams to meet business objectives - You will implement strategies that commit to providing a positive, safe work experience for our employees. - You will coach, develop, motivate and cultivate staff. Provide ongoing feedback fostering growth and sustained improvement. Create an environment that ensures a high level of employee engagement by promoting an environment of open communication. - You will report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs by team member, department, and location. - You will research, develop and implement process improvements to our intake process and supply chain by seeking out areas of inefficiencies in both internal and external-facing processes. - You will apply the continuous improvement mindset to your workload

WHO YOU ARE

- You have a BA or equivalent experience preferably in a related area (supply chain, fulfillment, finance, engineering, economics) - You have, ideally, 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume, high-growth start-up. - You are process-oriented with strong attention to detail and apply the continuous improvement mindset to all work streams - You have a strong soft skill set to provide continuous feedback and coaching to team members and leads - You have strong analytical and mathematical skills; comfortable with thinking critically to resolve issues efficiently - You are comfortable with using ERP systems; experience with Magento, X3, and 3PL partners is a plus. - You have strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills, comfortable presenting to cross-functional teams concisely and effectively. - You can balance tactical planning skills with a "bigger picture" mentality - You can multitask and work independently - You are excited by a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment - You have a high EQ, "get-it" factor - You must be based full-time in LA or willing to relocate

CA WAGE TRANSPARENCY LAW

- The pay range for this position at the commencement of employment is expected to be between $70,000 and $80,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. - If hired, the employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. -
