Execute action plans regarding the needs of the store. - In charge of the organization of people in your section, taking advantage of the commercial potential of the store. - Organize the sales team for the execution of all commercial tasks in the most productive way for the store. - Continuously train the sales team in your section and specialists of the store. - Identify and propose new profiles for your team. - Develop, recognize and give constructive feedback for the evolution of the team. - Responsible for compliance with occupational risk prevention, health and safety regulations. - Supporting tasks throughout the store as needed for a seamless customer experience. - Supports for approvals or authorization of returns and will support transactions as needed.
